2024-01-12 Fulton County RICO Hearing Major Motions, (Sadow) requesting access to material that was provided to the prosecution by the Jan 6 committee, but the prosecutor was not able to retain or share due to Jan 6 committee restrictions. Devense is requesting to know if there was material shared with the prosecution (privately, during meetings), but that thew were unable to obtain copies that could then be shared. Prosecution states that all material they obtained was turned over, and that further all material was available on a public site not requiring special access from the Jan 6 committee. No other material was shared during meetings that was not available or contradicting provided material. Defense is concerned that there was an extensive meeting between prosecutors and Jan 6 committee, and wants to know if there were notes or any other discoverable material. Prosecution indicates there is no other discoverable material.
